Synopsis:
Canada scrambles to defend itself against the Americans, who are bent on removing the thorn in their side and to complete their dream of manifest destiny. Caught in the crossfire are two families, eager to escape the looming threat from the South. An organization sworn to protect Canada called the Anti-Assimilation Army or AAA faces the insurmountable task of keeping Canadian dreams, values and people alive; protecting them from being assimilated with the States. Having sparked a conflict with their neighbour, it seems an impending all-out war is inevitable
Synopsis:
Drew Abouesse has high hopes for a complete reconciliation with all Aboriginal peoples in Canada once and for all. He believes that Canada’s colonial past can only be reversed completely if drastic action is implemented. While many families, including the Lees and the Hayes are supportive of the notion, there are those that will try and sabotage the Native movement and even resort to criminality to accomplish their goals. Will the young fledgling movement contain enough momentum to save Canada? Or will the forces of traditionalism and hatred prevail over those of change and acceptance?
